An easy and creamy chicken Boursin pasta recipe, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Featuring pasta, pre-cooked chicken, spinach, and a rich garlic & herb Boursin cheese sauce.
1. Place frozen chicken strips in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
2. Begin boiling your pasta. Note: While pasta is cooking you can quickly make your sauce (see step 3).
3. Add heavy cream to a sauce pan and warm over medium heat. Once heavy cream starts to warm, add your Boursin cheese and begin melting that into the heavy cream. Once the cheese has melted add in 1/4 cup pasta water and your frozen spinach and heat through. Add salt & pepper to taste.
4. Add in cooked pasta and chicken strips that have been heated in the air fryer. Note: I like to cut my chicken into large chunks.
5. Top with lots of freshly grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
6. Enjoy! 😉
