Cranberry Cream Cheese Cookie Bars

In a large mixing bowl combine sugar cookie mix, butter, cream cheese, and egg. Mix until combined and then add in dried cranberries and optional white chocolate chips. Bake in a parchment lined 9x13 baking pan at 350°F for approximately 22-25 minutes, or until the edges are just golden brown. Note: If you don’t have a 9x13 pan, you can use an 8x8 pan along with a small loaf pan to split the cookie dough batter. Allow to cool completely before frosting. Once cookie bars are completely cooled, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla extract. Using a mixer blend for several minutes until mixture is completely smooth. Frost your cookie bar and then place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes before cutting into triangles. Store any leftovers in the fridge. Enjoy and follow for more!
