Creamy Tomato Pasta

In a large sauté pan add your olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, and a few tablespoons of water. Begin cooking over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Then add in your heavy cream, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes or just until your sauce begins to thicken. Add your cooked spaghetti pasta along with a splash of starchy cooking water from the pasta. Using tongs combine until all your pasta is coated with the sauce. Top with additional parm and freshly chopped parsley.
