Crockpot Shredded Chicken Tacos

Place chicken thighs, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, tomato, white onion, garlic, lime juice, cumin powder, salt, pepper, and a splash of water into your crockpot. Cook on high for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender and easily shredded. Once cooked, shred the chicken and serve over warm tortillas with all your favorite toppings.
