Lemon Cream Cheese Cookies

Begin by combining cream cheese and butter. Then mix in the egg and lemon extract. Mix together your sugar cookie mix and lemon pudding mix and begin incorporating your dry ingredients into your wet mixture. Using the palms of your hands roll your cookie dough into approximately 17 even sized pieces. Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet and gently press down on each one to lightly flatten (not too much though). Bake at 350°F for approximately 11-12 minutes. Allow to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
