Oreo Truffles

Add Oreos (with filling) to a food processor and pulse until Oreos are broken down into fine crumbs. Then add the cream cheese and blend until well combined. Refrigerate mixture until it is firm enough to form into bite size balls. Place them into the freezer and allow to harden completely before coating them in melted chocolate. Once coated, place truffles back into the fridge to set. Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
