Sausage & Tortellini Soup

In a large pot brown your sausage. Then add your onions, garlic, and Italian seasoning and sauté until onions are tender. Add canned tomatoes, cannellini beans, and vegetable broth. Allow soup to come to a simmer before adding in chopped kale. Return to bowl, and then add the tortellini. Once tortellini are cooked through, turn off the heat and add your heavy cream. Plate and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy & follow for more!
