S’mores Cookie Bars

Start by creaming together butter and sugars really well. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix. Then slowly add in your flour mixture with the baking powder and baking soda. Lastly, add graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chunks, and marshmallows. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper, and add your cookie dough. Gently press the mixture down making sure the dough covers the pan evenly. Bars should be about 1 inch thick.

Note: I held back approximately 1 cup of the cookie dough so that the bars would not be too thick. I simply baked the remaining dough into individual cookies.

Bake at 375°F for approximately 18-20 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
