Start by making the instant pudding according to package instructions. In a separate bowl make your whipped cream by mixing heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar (for a bit of sweetness) on medium high. Combine half of your whipped cream to your pudding mix by gently folding to combine. Chop up your fresh strawberries and set aside. Next, crush your vanilla wafer cookies and then you are all ready to assemble. Begin layering the crushed cookies, strawberries, and vanilla pudding mixture until dessert cups are filled. Top with whipped cream and crushed cookies. Place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes (or more) and ENJOY!
