Strawberry White Chocolate Cookies 🍓

Start by creaming your butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for several minutes. Then add in your egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, and mix. Combine flour and baking soda in a bowl and slowly incorporate your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients. Once dough is formed add in freeze dried strawberries and white chocolate chips. Mix on low until strawberries break down into the dough and create a beautiful pink color. I use a cookie scoop to get even sized cookies. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet at 350°F for approximately 10 minutes for small-medium size cookies.
